An Official Statement on How We Handle Astrolabe Games’ PR and Marketing Activities

Hello everyone,

We are Astrolabe Games, the global publisher of Onikura.

Recently, we have become aware of certain false and misleading claims regarding Onikura, a title published by Astrolabe Games, including individuals and parties taking credit for work and contributions they were never involved in.

Since the very beginning of the project, all content creation, marketing, promotional activities, and community management for Onikura have been handled exclusively by the developer, Too Dark Studios, together with Astrolabe Games. Neither the developer nor Astrolabe Games has ever employed or collaborated with any external PR or marketing agency for this title.

In fact, since the founding of Astrolabe Games, all online marketing and social media activities for every game we have released—or are preparing to release—worldwide and across all platforms have always been handled internally by our own team.

All communication with content creators, media outlets, and partners has been conducted directly in-house at Astrolabe Games. We have never relied on outside PR firms or external promotional agencies.

From the very beginning, we have remained committed to a simple philosophy: to build things ourselves, stay hands-on in every aspect of our work, and treat every developer and player with sincerity and respect.
